Dublin City Council needs event management services for seasonal arts and cultural family-friendly activations and pop-ups within Dublin’s North East Inner City, with less than 5,000 attendees. The services are for events celebrating and promoting community and cultural cohesion and diversity, such as pop-up community events, youth concerts, cultural celebrations, and seasonal events. The maximum total contract value is 5,000,000 EUR.

DCC Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Removal and Storage of Artistic Lighting Illuminations and Associated Equipment

Dublin City Council needs services for the supply, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of artistic lighting illuminations and associated equipment for the Dublin Winter Lights Festival, with a maximum total value of 35,000,000 EUR over a 6-year framework agreement. The services will be delivered in Dublin and involve digital art, lighting design, and public performance to illuminate cultural landmarks, with a focus on innovative and unexpected sites, including potential indoor experiences from 2027. The framework agreement is justified by the specialist nature of the services and the significant investment required by the successful supplier in artistic lighting infrastructure, projection equipment, storage facilities, specialist personnel, festival development, and stakeholder relationships. The European Commission, OIB - Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels, needs services for event organization and management, including advice, logistics, and technical support, for a maximum total value of 600,000 EUR over 4 years. The services are to be delivered in Ireland. Award criteria will be based on quality (70%) and price (30%).
