The panel will be established for six (6) years with the option for additional annual advertising to recruit certain skills if required. The services, to be delivered in Dublin, include architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), covering project types such as residential, public realm, housing, civic, and community. Panel members must provide minimum specialist services including Design Team Lead, Architect, Employer’s Representative, Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier, and PSDP. Applicants must be capable of delivering all these minimum specialist services.
