      HUS-yhtymä suunnittelee automaattisen nukleiinihappojen eristyslaitteen hankintaa HUS Diagnostiikkakeskuksen Kliinisen mikrobiologian nukleiinihappoanalytiikkaan, sisältäen laitteen, varalaitteen tai kaksi erillistä eristysmoduulia sekä tarvittavat reagenssit ja tarvikkeet.       DNA Eristyslaitteistot

      Poliisihallitus suunnittelee DNA-eristyslaitteiston sekä niihin liittyvien tarvikkeiden ja palveluiden hankintaa. Hankinnan tarkoituksena on selvittää markkinoilla saatavilla olevia ratkaisuja forensiseen DNA-eristykseen. Ratkaisun tulee soveltua forensisten näytteiden käsittelyyn, ja siitä tulee olla saatavilla validointi- ja suorituskykydokumentaatiota forensiseen käyttöön, reagenssien tulee olla valmistettu ISO 18385 -standardin mukaisesti, ja eristysmenetelmän tulee sisältää DNA:n puhdistusvaihe. Laitteiston yksittäisen ajon kapasiteetin tulisi olla vähintään 48 näytettä. Toimittajat voivat antaa palautetta ja tietoa markkinakartoituksen kautta.
