La Generalitat de Catalunya, Departament de Territori, necesita servicios de digitalización de fondos documentales de la Red de Archivos Comarcales, en el marco del Pla Bruniquer 2027.     The company with the lowest bid will obtain the maximum score, and the rest will be evaluated according to the following formula (for evaluation purposes, offers excluding VAT will be used): Pi = 1 * (100-100 (*Bm-*Bi)) Where: Bm = (PL-Olmo) / PL Bi = (PL- Oi) / PL Nomenclature: Pi is the score obtained by company "y", 1 is the weight of the criterion (from 0.00 to 1.00, as per the total points of the tender). Bm is the reduction that represents the economically most advantageous offer in relation to the tender budget (PL) and Bi is the reduction of the offer of company "y" in relation to the tender budget. Oi is the amount of the offer of company "y". Olmo is the amount of the lowest offer.
