La Consejería de Vivienda, Transportes e Infraestructuras de la Comunidad de Madrid ha adjudicado a UTE Typsa-Systra Ardanuy-Línea 11 Instalaciones un contrato de servicios por 1.861.475 euros para dirigir las obras hasta su certificación final, coordinar la seguridad y salud y prestar asistencia técnica en las obras de instalaciones y señalización de la ampliación de la línea 11 del Metro de Madrid, en el tramo Plaza Elíptica-Conde de Casal. Los servicios se prestarán en Madrid durante 25 meses; el valor máximo previsto era de 12.286.984,15 euros y se recibieron cinco ofertas.

  • El objeto del contrato consiste en la dirección de obra hasta la certificación final, la coordinación de seguridad y salud, y la asistencia técnica de los contratos de obras de EJECUCIÓN DE INSTALACIONES PARA LA AMPLIACION DE LA LINEA 11 DE METRO DE MADRID. TRAMO PLAZA ELÍPTICA-CONDE DE CASAL (Exp.: A/OBR-031770/2025) en adelante CONTRATO DE INSTALACIONES y de EJECUCIÓN DE LA SEÑALIZACIÓN PARA LA AMPLIACION DE LA LINEA 11 DE METRO DE MADRID. TRAMO PLAZA ELÍPTICA-CONDE DE CASAL (Exp.: A/OBR-031774/2025) en adelante CONTRATO DE SEÑALIZACIÓN. Este contrato de servicios tiene el carácter de complementario respecto a los dos contratos mencionados, tiene una relación de dependencia respecto de ambos, y los servicios objeto del contrato se consideran necesarios para la correcta realización de las prestaciones de ambos contratos de obras.
