Framework Agreement for Property Management Services and the award of initial contracts for the Provision of Property Management Services in Leinster, Munster and Connacht/Ulster

National Transport Authority_1149 needs property management services for a framework agreement over 8 years, with an expected total value of €22,871,380 (excluding VAT) and a maximum total value of €26,302,086 (excluding VAT). The services include mobilisation activities, development and maintenance of asset registers and a computer-aided facilities management system, development of annual maintenance plans, planned preventative maintenance (including cleaning and pest control), corrective maintenance, planned and corrective maintenance of bus stops, maintenance of records and reports, and demobilisation activities. The Authority is also seeking to award three initial contracts for property management services in Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster.

Provision of CCTV and Alarm Maintenance

Dublin Bus / Bus Atha Cliath needs services for the provision of servicing, preventative maintenance, repair, monitoring support and emergency call-out response for CCTV and intruder alarm systems across the Dublin Bus network in Dublin. The contract duration is for 3 years with two additional 1-year extension options, with a maximum total value of 430,000 EUR. The successful contractor will be required to provide planned maintenance, emergency call-out services, system testing, reporting and documentation.
