This shall include the preparation of all technical studies, surveys, modelling, assessments, reports, designs and application documentation required to secure the necessary approvals and to progress the Project to a stage suitable for procurement and construction. The Framework Agreement may subsequently be utilised by the Contracting Authority to procure additional related services, including procurement support, construction-stage services, post-consent services and other specialist consultancy services associated with the delivery of the Project. The successful Applicant shall be required to develop a fully integrated and coordinated scheme that delivers flood protection, surface water management, active travel and public realm objectives within a single coherent design solution that is environmentally sensitive, climate resilient and appropriate to the strategic importance of the Clontarf waterfront.
