Brief
Suomen itsenäisyyden juhlarahasto (Sitra) tarvitsee asiantuntijakumppanin analysoimaan sähkö- ja elektroniikkajätteen (e-waste) arvoketjuja kriittisten raaka-aineiden talteenoton osalta. Tehtävään kuuluu raporttien laatiminen, sidosryhmäyhteistyö ja käytännön työsuunnitelman kehittäminen, joka tukee EU CERC:iä aktivoimaan vaikuttavia aloitteita kriittisten raaka-aineiden kierrätykseen ja talteenottoon e-jätteestä sekä syöttämään lupaavia ehdotuksia Global Gateway Investment Hubiin. Palvelut toimitetaan Helsinki-Uusimaalla, ja sopimuksen enimmäisarvo on 215 000 euroa. Tarjoukset arvioidaan asiantuntemuksen ja kokemuksen (50 %) sekä projektin ja työsuunnitelman (50 %) perusteella.

Sitra is procuring a knowledge partner to prepare an analysis of e-waste value chains relevant to the recovery of critical raw materials (CRMs). The assignment includes the preparation of reports, stakeholder engagement activities, and the development of a practical work plan that can further support EU CERC in activating high-impact initiatives related to CRM recycling and recovery from e-waste and feeding promising proposals into the Global Gateway Investment Hub.Main features of the procedureOpen procedure The procurement procedure is an open procedure in which the contracting authority publishes a tender notice and all interested suppliers can submit a tender. The processing phases are as follows: 1. Opening of tenders 2. Verification of the suitability of tenderers 3. Verification of compliance of tenders with the invitation to tender 4. Comparison of tenders 5. Procurement decision and announcement of decision 6. Concluding a procurement agreement. The procurement agreement shall be concluded by making a separate written agreement. Contracting authority may suspend the procurement procedure in part or in full (Section 125 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts).
