Qualification requirements
Description
The DUAE (European Single Procurement Document) must be completed by economic operators (tenderers, associates, supporting third parties, and subcontractors) participating in the sectoral contract award procedure. In accordance with ANAP Notification no. 1/2021, the contracting entity has opted for a DUAE method that limits the requested information to a single question regarding requirements, specifically whether all imposed criteria are met. Therefore, the economic operator can respond affirmatively (select 'Yes') or negatively (select 'No').
Documentation Requirement
The supporting document proving the fulfillment of the commitments assumed by completing the DUAE, specifically the certificate issued by ONRC, or in the case of foreign legal/natural person tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, translated into Romanian, will be presented, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the tenderer ranked first in the classification drawn up after applying the award criterion to the admissible offers according to Article 205, paragraph (2) of Law no. 99/2016. The information contained in the supporting documents must be real/valid at the date of their presentation. If parts of the contract are to be executed by subcontractors, proof of registration and the correspondence of their main/secondary activities with the object of the acquisition must also be presented by the subcontractors, for the part of the contract they will perform.

Description

Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat.

Description
Garantia minima solicitata pentru produsele ofertate este de 5 ani. Pentru ofertele admisibile, punctajul factorilor de evaluare tehnici se calculeaza dupa cum urmeaza: - Pentru garantie 5 ani se obtin Pt = 0 puncte; - Pentru garantie 6 ani se obtin Pt = 15 puncte; - Pentru garantie 7 ani se obtin Pt = 30 puncte; Ofertele care prezinta garantie mai mare de 7 ani nu se puncteaza suplimentar. Ofertele care prezinta garantie mai mica de 5 ani sunt declarate oferte neconforme. Nota: nu se puncteaza fractiuni de an. Spre exemplu pentru o oferta cu garantie de 6 ani si 6 luni se acorda doar 15 puncte.

„Echipamente TI ( M.A.I.S.)” conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
