Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 54 måneder og en maksimal totalværdi på 2,5 millioner EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter support relateret til EEA's juridiske forpligtelser til at indsamle specificerede dataflows, udvikling og opdatering af regelmæssige visualiseringer og dashboards/viewers samt specifik videnudvikling (regelmæssige briefinger, rapporter, datasæt osv.).
