    Brief

    The scope of works is the turn-key delivery for the electrification of the AWHP plant within the scope of supply and delivery limits specified in the Appendices. More detailed scope of the Works, Delivery Limits and other optional works are discussed in appendices. Site is located at the address Karaportti 02610 Espoo, Finland, The delivery shall include complete design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, seaworthy packaging, transportation and forwarding to the site, erection and installation of equipment, supervision of the works, tuning, commissioning, trial run and training of the Purchaser’s operating and maintenance personnel, completion of the Works (including options) and Taking Over complete with components and auxiliaries to the extent provided by this Invitation to Tender and its appendices.

      Helen Electricity Network Ltd. (Helen Sähköverkko Oy) needs turnkey delivery of a 400/400/125 MVA 400 kV power transformer and a 63 MVAr, 21 kV variable shunt reactor, both using synthetic ester oil, for a new substation in Sörnäinen, Helsinki. The supply includes manufacture, fittings and accessories, testing, transport and logistics to site, unloading, erection, commissioning, and coordination with the separate substation construction works; delivery is intended in 2030. The negotiated procurement has a participation stage, followed by negotiations and tenders from selected candidates; if more than three candidates meet the minimum requirements, the highest-scoring candidates will be invited. Price and quality are the award criteria.
