    De European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) heeft een overeenkomst gesloten met MARINE INSTITUTE, AGENCIA ESTATAL CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS, CONSIGLIO NAZIONALE DELLE RICERCHE, L4M Consulting OÜ, TALLINNA TEHNIKAÜLIKOOL, HELMHOLTZ-ZENTRUM FUR OZEANFORSCHUNG KIEL (GEOMAR), HELLENIC CENTRE FOR MARINE RESEARCH en INSTITUTUL NATIONAL DE CERCETARE-DEZVOLTARE PENTRU GEOLOGIE SI GEOECOLOGIE MARINA-GEOECOMAR voor het leveren van diensten gericht op het verbeteren van coördinatie en synergieën op het gebied van oceaanobservatie in de EU. De diensten omvatten het in kaart brengen van het EU-landschap voor oceaanobservatie, het ontwikkelen van methodologieën om synergieën en coördinatie te verbeteren, inclusief de beschrijving van twee use cases en een strategie voor stakeholderconsultatie en -validatie. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 30 maanden en een waarde van 427.193 €. Er waren 6 inschrijvingen ontvangen.
