Brief
De Commission communautaire française heeft behoefte aan onderhoudsdiensten voor liften, goederenliften, PMR-hefplatforms en automatische deuren in de school-, administratieve en culturele gebouwen van de COCOF. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 omvat het onderhoud van liften, goederenliften en PMR-hefplatforms, terwijl Perceel 2 het onderhoud van automatische deuren betreft. Er zijn twee contracttypen voorzien: Omnium en Standaard, afhankelijk van het type installatie. De contractduur is 6 jaar.

Entretien des ascenseurs, monte-charges, plateformes élévatrices PMR et portes automatiques des bâtiments scolaires, administratifs et culturels de la COCOF. Deux types de contrats sont prévus : Omnium et Standard, en fonction de chaque type d’installation. Le marché est divisé en 2 lots comme suit: LOT 1:Entretien des ascenseurs, monte-charges, plateformes élévatrices PMR; Lot 2:Entretien des portes automatiques.
