Brief

The Road Safety Authority (RSA) has cancelled the competition for the provision, licensing, support, and maintenance of a cloud-based telephony solution for the RSA Customer Care Centre in Dublin. The RSA intends to publish a revised Request for Tender (RFT) in due course, as they have decided to revise some of the requirements. The contract was for services, with an estimated maximum total value of 800,000 EUR and a duration of 84 months. Seven bids were received for the original tender.
