    Bashkimi Evropian, i përfaqësuar nga Komisioni Evropian në emër dhe për llogari të Kosovës, ka nevojë për shërbime mbështetëse për të ndihmuar Kosovën në arritjen e kritereve të anëtarësimit ekonomik në BE, veçanërisht në lidhje me ekzistencën e një ekonomie tregu funksionale dhe aftësinë për të përballuar presionin konkurrues dhe forcat e tregut brenda Unionit. Këto shërbime do të mbështesin përafrimin e Kosovës me acquis të BE-së dhe ndërtimin e kapaciteteve në fushat e Kapitullit 1, 28 dhe 30, me një vlerë maksimale totale prej 5.5 milionë eurosh për një periudhë 42-mujore. Vlerësimi i ofertave do të bazohet në cilësi (80%) dhe çmim (20%).

    • The services to be provided aim to support Kosovo in achieving EU economic accession criteria, in terms of existence of a functioning market economy and capacity to cope with competitive pressure and market forces within the Union. In particular, services to be provided will support Kosovo alignment with the EU acquis and enhanced capacity building in the area of Chapter 1, 28 and 30.
