    The European Union, represented by the European Commission on behalf of Kosovo, has entered into an agreement with WEGLOBAL SRL, Archidata International S.r.l., FEDERAZIONE TRENTINA DELLA COOPERAZIONE SC, EUROPEAN PROFILES ANONYMI ETAIREIAMELETON KAI SYMVOULON EPICHEIRISEON, and KOPERATIVA AGENCY LLC for the delivery of communication services in Kosovo. The services, valued at 2,735,025 EUR over 30 months, aim to increase public awareness about the EU, its policies, and programs, and will include running Europe Houses in Pristina and Mitrovica North, thematic communication campaigns, outreach activities, cultural diplomacy, online and social media activities, media monitoring, publications, and opinion polling. Five bids were received for this contract.

    • The overall objective of this project is to increase public awareness in Kosovo about the EU, its policies and programmes and their impact on citizens' daily lives. The project will include various information and communication activities with the aim of maintaining public support for the European integration process, based on well-informed and realistic expectations. The project outputs will include the day-to-day running of the Europe House in Pristina and Mitrovica North. The project will deliver thematic communication campaigns, outreach activities and networking, cultural diplomacy initiatives, online and social media activities, media monitoring and analysis, publications and other visibility materials, as well as opinion polling and assessment of communication actions.
