    Evropska unija, koju predstavlja Evropska komisija u ime i za račun Bosne i Hercegovine, dodijelila je ugovor konzorcijumu WEGLOBAL SRL, EVOLUXER S.L. i PONS PATENTES Y MARCAS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. za pružanje usluga poslovnog i administrativnog savjetovanja u Bosni i Hercegovini. Cilj projekta je podrška kreativnoj ekonomiji, socijalnom i kulturnom razvoju BiH kroz nadogradnju sistema prava intelektualnog vlasništva, uključujući usklađivanje zakonodavnog okvira, izgradnju kapaciteta relevantnih institucija i podizanje svijesti, posebno među malim i srednjim preduzećima. Ugovor je sklopljen na period od 36 mjeseci, sa konačnom vrijednošću od 1.820.675 €. Na tender je pristiglo 6 ponuda, a kriteriji za dodjelu ugovora bili su kvalitet (80%) i cijena (20%).
