Framework contract for the supply of geospatial products for the Copernicus Security Service component on support to EU external and security actions

The European Union Satellite Centre needs services for the production and supply of geospatial products for the Copernicus Security Service component on support to EU external and security actions, under a framework contract for 18 months with a maximum total value of 6,090,000 EUR. The services involve providing rapid and on-demand geospatial products based on the analysis of satellite imagery and collateral data for the detection and monitoring of events or activities relevant to EU and global security, including layers, maps, and databases in various formats. The award criteria are Quality (70%) and Price (30%).

Provision of security services

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) is planning the procurement of security services for its premises in Amsterdam, including permanent security guarding, additional ad hoc guarding for events, rental of security screening equipment with trained operators, supply of security consumables, and security emergency services. Suppliers must deliver services in accordance with Dutch legislation on private security and hold the relevant authorization at the time of submission. The contract will be a multiple framework contract in cascade for an initial duration of 2 years, renewable twice for 1 year (4 years in total), with an estimated maximum total value of 16.5 million EUR. Interested economic operators are invited to register on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and subscribe to the procedure once published to receive notifications.
