    Expertgruppen för biståndsanalys behöver tjänster för en utvärdering av svenskt stöd till att skapa förutsättningar för säkra och ordnade återvändanden till Syrien, med ett maximalt totalt kontraktsvärde på 1 800 000 SEK. Syftet är att bedöma värdet av pågående svenskt stöd för att skapa förutsättningar för säkra och ordnade återvändanden till Syrien, där målet är hållbar återintegrering av flyktingar och internflyktingar som återvänder frivilligt eller under tvång. Tjänsterna ska levereras i Sverige.

    • EBA hereby invites proposals for an evaluation of Swedish support to creating preconditions for safe and orderly returns to Syria. The purpose is to assess the merit and value of ongoing Swedish support to creating preconditions for safe and orderly return to Syria, where the objective is sustainable reintegration. The returnees may include refugees and internally displaced people undergoing voluntary as well as forced return.
