Le projet « ArborEssence » du CHNWL IMMO fait partie des projets hospitaliers retenus dans le Plan de construction de la Région wallonne sous le contrôle de l’AViQ. Le projet du présent Marché 7 concerne l’extension et la rénovation complète du bâtiment principal. Il couvre plusieurs marchés de travaux, de services et de fournitures, étalés sur plusieurs années suivant un calendrier phasé.La présente procédure concerne les lots suivants : LOT 7.2 – HVAC – Production calorifique et frigorifique LOT 7.3 – SANITAIRES LOT 7.4 – FLUIDES MEDICAUX LOT 7.5 – ELECTRICITE LOT 7.8 – CABINES SALLES DE BAIN
