    Facilities Management and ancillary services for an accommodation centre which has a maximum capacity of 190 people. All the residents are Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) whom are fleeing the war in Ukraine. The accommodation consists of 3 separate buildings: Building 1 (Eircode A92 AY70) has a maximum capacity of 66, Building 2 (Eircode A92 X2XC) and The Porch (Eircode A92 HX51) have a maximum capacity of 61 and Building 3 (Eircode A92 T226) has a maximum capacity of 63. The buildings and the grounds are identified on the map on p25. The accommodation blocks are part of a wider campus owned by St. John of God Trust (Limited) in Drumcar, Co. Louth. There are a number of St. John of God clients and staff based in the campus. Broadly the services required will include: Management of the accommodation centre and administrative services Staffing Housekeeping/Cleaning Security and Supervision Maintenance = General day to day maintenance and grounds keeping The provision of wi-fi Waste Disposal Gas and electricity costs will be paid by the Contracting Authority

      Dublin City Council invites applications for the establishment of 5 panels for the provision of Commercial-Accommodation within the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE). A total of 5 Panels will be established for the following 5 areas: Lot 1 – Dublin North in DCC Area Lot 2 – Dublin South in DCC Area Lot 3 – Fingal CoCo. Area Lot 4 – South Dublin CoCo. Area Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown CoCo. Area The Panels will be established for a maximum period of three (3) years inclusive of any relevant break options to reflect the estimated expenditure under the panel which may vary in duration and extend beyond the life of the Panel. Should the value of the Panels be expanded, and/or the duration of the Panels extended, a PIN notice will be published in both instances on eTenders/OJEU clearly indicating the extension and revised value for any extension to the Panels. The Panels will be continually open for access during this time. Should the Panels cease to operate, all members will be notified via www.etenders.gov.ie. This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the Panels. Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to establish a number of Panel, on the basis that the service comprises a Title III Service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU.
