Part of the greenway will be built upon Irish Rail’s existing causeway which crosses Malahide Estuary. As part of the project, Fingal County Council are seeking to engage a precast concrete manufacturer for the manufacture, transportation and delivery of precast concrete retaining walls, to be executed as an advance works contract.
