The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs expert services to support its Research and Policy Insights Directorate through a framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 11,480,000 EUR. The services are divided into seven lots: sustainable energy policy research, programme evaluation, and economic analysis; market research services; research and innovation delivery services; research and innovation management services; behavioural science, experimental design and evaluation; onshore renewable energy resources, technologies, analysis, spatial planning, system integration, economics and policy; and emerging sustainable energy technologies research, assessment, and policy support. Tenderers can apply for one or more lots.

Research and Policy Insights Framework

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland is planning the procurement of expert services for its Research and Policy Insights Directorate, covering areas such as sustainable energy policy research, market research, innovation management, finance, behavioural science, and renewable energy technology. Technical and Logistical Assistance for the Organisation of the Policy Forum on Development

The European Commission, NEAR - Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, needs services for technical and logistical assistance for the organisation of the Policy Forum on Development (PFD) and ad hoc consultations, over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 3,927,334 EUR. The services involve facilitating dialogue spaces (in-person and virtual) and consultations at global and regional levels with civil society networks, foundations, associations of local authorities, EU institutions, and Member States. The contractor will also support the European Commission in exploring new avenues of cooperation with CSOs, foundations, and LAs, and contribute to drafting concept notes, policy updates, background papers, and other relevant material for the dialogue. The award criteria are quality (80%) and price (20%).

EEA/ENS/TC/26/005 - Topic Centre on Marine Environment

European Environment Agency (EEA) har brug for forsknings- og udviklingsvirksomhed samt tilhørende konsulenttjenester i form af en rammeaftale over 54 måneder med en maksimal totalværdi på 4.900.000 EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter støtte til havstrategidirektivet, Ocean Pact, naturgenopretningsforordningen, naturdirektiverne (fugle- og habitatdirektiverne) og EU's biodiversitetsstrategi for 2030. Tildelingskriterierne er kvalitet (70%) og pris (30%).

Gestion d'un programme d'incubation

La CU Grand Paris Seine & Oise a besoin de services pour la gestion d'un programme d'incubation d'une durée de 12 mois. Ce programme vise à accompagner des projets innovants et à impact, contribuant à la stratégie de développement économique, d'attractivité et d'innovation territoriale de la communauté. Les services incluent l'accompagnement des porteurs de projets, l'animation de la communauté d'incubés et la mise en œuvre d'actions de communication. Les services seront livrés dans les Yvelines.
