    INVITATION TO TENDER Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports FINCIS (hereinafter referred to as the "FINCIS") is requesting tenderers to submit a tender concerning Doping Control Sample Collection Equipment described in the section "Description of the procurement". This is a framework arrangement. The draft contract is binding. By submitting a tender, tenderer accepts the draft contract as it is. Tenderer shall not suggest any changes, amendments, reservations etc. to the draft contract. CONTRACTING ENTITY Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports FINCIS is Finland's national Anti-Doping Organisation which is responsible for, among other things, doping control and antidoping activities in Finland. FINCIS complies with the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) international testing and investigation standards. FINCIS has four members: • The Finnish Olympic Committee, • The Finnish Paralympic Committee, • The Finnish Society of Sports Medicine, • The Finnish Government, represented by the Ministry of Education and Culture. More information about FINCIS and its operations is available on the website at www.suek.fi.

      Näytteenottoputket ja virtsanäyteastia

      Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy tarvitsee näytteenottoputkia, näytteen erottelussa käytettäviä putkia, virtsanäyteastioita ja virtsansiirtoadaptereita toiminta-alueensa (Kanta-Hämeen, Keski-Suomen, Pirkanmaan, Pohjanmaan ja Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueet) tarpeisiin. Sopimuksen arvioitu kokonaisarvo on enintään 7 miljoonaa euroa, ja sen suunniteltu kesto on 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen sitä on mahdollista jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinta on jaettu 20 osa-alueeseen, ja jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi toimittaja. Tietyissä osa-alueissa on pakollisena optiona valmiiksi viivakoodattuja putkityyppejä. Tarvikkeiden jakelu tapahtuu hyvinvointialueiden logististen toimijoiden tai Fimlabin oman oston kautta. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (42.8571% tai 47.619%) ja laadun (4.7619% tai 4.7619%) perusteella.
