Award Criteria
Description
Assessment of the proposed technical solution based on: - Meeting/exceeding acoustic requirements (split-beam wideband transducer, frequency range, beamwidth); - Proven capacity for autonomous subsea operation at ≥ 40 m depth for ≥ 6 months; - Operational track record/proven performance of the proposed technical solution in comparable marine/subsea environments; - Effectiveness of the proposed antifouling strategy.
Description
Assessment of the realism and feasibility of the project schedule, including: - Feasibility of sub-phases (system design finalisation, factory acceptance testing, delivery); - Confidence that the milestone invoice will be issued and ready for payment no later than 28 December 2026; - Confidence that final delivery can take place no later than 1 May 2027; - Mitigation of contingencies (weather windows, vessel availability, component lead times).
Description
Assessment of the operational plan, including: - Procedures, manuals, and operational support for handling and frame/buoy integration; - Data management, remote monitoring, and servicing procedures described in a complete and SMART manner; - Communication and reporting protocols during and after deployment; - Risk identification and mitigation (biofouling, battery degradation, data loss).
Description
Total offered price (exclusive of VAT) for the delivery of five (5) complete fish finder systems, documentation, interface support, and related supplies in accordance with Annex C.
