    Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) needs geophysical survey services over 2 years to improve the understanding of bathymetrical, morphological, and geological conditions within wind farm search area 6/7 in the Netherlands, identify potential objects, and support the preparation of geotechnical investigations and design/installation planning for future offshore wind farms. The award criteria for Lot 1 are Quality (preliminary Project Documentation 22.5%, Project team 7.5%, Vessel(s) and Equipment 7.5%) and Price (12.5%). For Lot 2, the award criteria are Quality (preliminary Project Documentation 22.5%, Project team 7.5%, Vessel(s), Equipment and Acquisition Parameters 10%) and Price (10%).

Die Leistungen umfassen flächendeckende Fächerecholotvermessung inklusive Backscatter-Datenaufzeichnung, flächendeckende Seitensichtsonaraufnahme inklusive "ground truthing" mittels Greiferproben und Videountersuchungen, linienhafte Magnetometeruntersuchung, linienhafte Sedimentecholotaufnahme sowie lokale Videountersuchungen zur Verifizierung von Objekten und Verdachtspunkten mittels ferngesteuerter Unterwasserfahrzeuge (ROV). VBW Weigt GmbH hat heute einen ähnlichen Vertrag. Als Qualifikationsanforderung muss der durchschnittliche Jahresumsatz des Wirtschaftsteilnehmers in den letzten 3 Geschäftsjahren mindestens 2.500.000,00 EUR betragen haben, nachzuweisen durch Eigenerklärung oder Geschäftsabschlüsse/Bestätigung des Steuerberaters.
