Alliander N.V. needs "Power on Demand" services for a framework agreement over 10 years. The service involves deploying a Flextender to provide locally controllable capacity at strategic locations to mitigate congestion and create space for new customers. The contractor is responsible for delivering the service and performing all necessary work to ensure power is available upon the client's request.

From the notice
The deployment of a Flextender tfocuses on realizing locally controllable capacity at strategic locations where our analyses shows that the impact is greatest or the connection options are best. By adding targeted capacity at these locations, congestion can be mitigated and space can be created to responsibly accommodate new customers. The Contractor is responsible for the delivery as a Power on Demand service and performing all necessary work to ensure operation of the service, so that power is available upon the Client’s request.
