    Tampere University Foundation sr har inngått en avtale med NIRx Medizintechnik GmbH om å levere et fNIRS (Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) system. Systemet skal inkludere tre bærbare fNIRS-målesystemer for barn og voksne, et ekstra fNIRS-system for spedbarn, samt programvare for datainnsamling som kan måle minst to personer samtidig. Avtalen omfatter også levering, installasjon og brukeropplæring. Kontrakten har en verdi på 443 000 €. Det var én leverandør som deltok i konkurransen.
