Ce marché consiste en un projet Design-Build de démolition (partielle) et de construction d’un nouveau centre logistique.Main features of the procedureDeze opdracht wordt gegund via een procedure in twee fasen. In een eerste fase kunnen geïnteresseerde ondernemers een aanvraag tot deelname indienen. Vervolgens zullen enkel de kandidaten die door de aanbestedende overheid geselecteerd zijn, een offerte mogen indienen op basis van de gunningsleidraad. De gunningsleidraad wordt uitsluitend meegedeeld aan de geselecteerde kandidaten.
