Brief
De Ville de Namur heeft behoefte aan de levering van een nieuwe, compacte vuilniswagen met dubbele stroom (50/50 verhouding) en achterlading, met een capaciteit van minimaal 11 m³ en maximaal 13 m³ buiten de trechter, afhankelijk van de wielbasis van de drager. De vuilniswagen moet uitgerust zijn met een handmatige containerheffer die DIN-norm containers van 42l tot 240l kan legen voor elk compartiment, en moet de gelijktijdige en gescheiden inzameling van twee afvalfracties mogelijk maken, voornamelijk PMC en restafval. De levering vindt plaats in Arr. Namur. De gunningscriteria zijn technische kwaliteit van het voorgestelde materiaal (33,3333%), presentatie en demonstratie van het voorgestelde materiaal (27,7778%), prijs (22,2222%) en garantietermijn (16,6667%). Als kwalificatie-eis geldt een lijst van minimaal één vergelijkbare opdracht, uitgevoerd in de afgelopen drie jaar, met een minimale waarde van € 132.240,00 exclusief btw, inclusief het bedrag, de datum en de ontvanger.

Le présent marché est un marché de fourniture à l'état neuf prêt à être immatriculé d’un camion compacteur-récolteur de déchets double flux (proportion 50/50), à chargement arrière d’une capacité hors trémie de minimum 11 m³ et maximum 13 m³ en fonction de l’empattement du porteur. La benne, équipée d’un lève conteneurs manuel pouvant vidanger des conteneurs normes DIN de 42l à 240l pour chaque compartiment, doit permettre la collecte simultanée et séparée de deux fractions de déchets, principalement du PMC et du tout-venant.
