Brief
Intercommunale ORES Assets SC heeft een raamovereenkomst nodig voor de levering van installatiekabels. De aanbesteding omvat zes verschillende percelen, waaronder laagspanningskabels, koperdraden voor laag- en hoogspanningsnetwerken, koperdraden voor ligaturen en openbare verlichting, almelec-draden voor bovengrondse hoogspanningsnetwerken, aluminiumdraden voor ligaturen en laagspanningskabels voor openbare verlichting. De gunningscriteria zijn 100% gebaseerd op prijs. Kandidaten moeten voor elk perceel waarvoor zij inschrijven, minimaal drie referentieprojecten overleggen van vergelijkbare leveringen uit de laatste drie boekjaren (2023-2025). De jaarlijkse waarde van deze referentieprojecten moet voor perceel 1 minimaal €465.000 bedragen, voor perceel 2 minimaal €97.500, voor perceel 3 minimaal €9.500, voor perceel 4 minimaal €5.500, voor perceel 5 minimaal €700 en voor perceel 6 minimaal €190.000. Bij inschrijving op meerdere percelen zijn deze eisen cumulatief.

Description
Le soumissionnaire doit fournir une liste de références de fournitures similaires à celles du présent marché pour chaque lot auquel il soumissionne. Les références doivent porter sur des contrats conclus au cours des trois derniers exercices comptables (2023-2024-2025) et concerner des fournitures de même nature que celles faisant l’objet du marché. Le montant annuel des fournitures des références doit être supérieur ou égal à: Lot 1 - Câbles d’installation BT : 465.000,00 € Lot 2 - Fils nus cuivre multibrins pour réseau BT/HT : 97.500,00 € Lot 3 - Fils nus cuivre recuit pour ligature et non recuit éclairage public (EP) : 9.500,00 € Lot 4 - Fils nus almelec pour réseaux HT aériens : 5.500,00 € Lot 5 - Fils aluminium recuit pour ligature : 700,00 € Lot 6 - Câble BT pour éclairage public (EP) : 190.000,00 € En cas de remise d’offre pour plusieurs lots, ces exigences minimales sont cumulatives.
Documentation Requirement
Le candidat doit joindre à sa demande de participation au moins trois (3) références. La liste doit reprendre les contrats classés par ordre décroissant de leur importance et mentionner pour chaque contrat: le montant total hors TVA, la durée en mois (en mentionnant la ou les dates concernée(s)), les coordonnées du client, la personne de contact et le type de fournitures inclus dans le contrat.
