Les services seront livrés dans l'Arr. de Bruxelles-Capitale/Arr. Brussel-Hoofdstad. Le seul critère d'attribution est le prix (100%). Les exigences de qualification incluent la fourniture d'au moins trois attestations de bonne exécution prouvant la livraison à un ou plusieurs hôpitaux de produits similaires (piliers, plateaux, tables, modules chirurgicaux, appuis, jambières, têtières) pour un montant minimum de 120 000 EUR HTVA pour chacune des années 2023, 2024 et 2025.
