    Het Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Dinant Godinne Sainte-Elisabeth - UCL Namur heeft behoefte aan de levering, installatie en het onderhoud van radiotherapiemateriaal in Arr. Namen, België. De gunningscriteria zijn Prijs (18,1818%), Kwaliteit (21,3636%), Opleidingen (3,1818%), Onderhoud (2,7273%), Monitoring van dosisprofielen van versnellers (4,5455%), Kwaliteitscontrole van stereotactische behandelingen van patiënten (11,3636%), Kwaliteitscontrole van behandelingen van patiënten (11,3636%) en Kwaliteit (27,2727%).     • Description

      Le soumissionnaire doit disposer d’au moins 3 contrats exécutés ou en cours d’exécution au cours des 3 dernières années auprès de 3 clients différents (hors CHU UCL Namur) à compter de la date ultime d’introduction des offres, ayant pour objet l’installation et la fourniture de caméras SGRT pour une valeur minimale de 220.000 € HTVA par contrat.

      Le soumissionnaire décrit ses contrats/marchés de référence exécutés au cours des trois dernières années dans le DUME, partie IV, en précisant pour chaque référence les montants totaux annuels. Pour chaque référence, le soumissionnaire mentionne au minimum : a. La mission ; b. Le montant ; c. La durée du contrat/marché en question ; d. Les coordonnées complètes (nom de contact, adresse, numéro de téléphone, adresse e-mail et numéro de fax) de leurs destinataires publics ou privés. Il joint à son offre, pour chaque référence, une attestation de bonne exécution en utilisant exclusivement le modèle repris en annexe E.

Les critères d'attribution sont le prix (26,6667% pour le Lot 1, 15% pour le Lot 2) et la qualité (73,3333% pour le Lot 1, 85% pour le Lot 2), incluant l'ergonomie, la capacité d'interopérabilité, les critères techniques, la formation, la capacité d'évolution, le plan de continuité, le logiciel de stérilisation et la méthodologie d'implémentation. Les exigences de qualification incluent un chiffre d'affaires global d'au moins 600 000 € TVAC sur les 3 dernières années, un chiffre d'affaires d'au moins 300 000 € TVAC dans le domaine d'activité concerné sur les 3 dernières années, et la présentation de 3 certificats de bonne exécution pour des marchés similaires (dont au moins deux pour la gestion du bloc opératoire et un combinant bloc opératoire et stérilisation, chacun d'un montant minimum de 100 000 € TVAC sur les 3 dernières années). Le chef de projet doit justifier d'une expérience minimale de 3 ans dans la gestion de projets d'implémentation de logiciels en milieu hospitalier.
