    The Department of Education and Youth needs building and construction work for primary schools through a framework agreement over 2 years, with a maximum total value of 2,000,000 EUR. The agreement covers upgrade, repair, and construction works across multiple disciplines for Primary, Post Primary, and Special Schools, including targeted and Special Educational Needs (SEN) works, to be delivered in Dublin.

    About the bid

      The Minister for Education and Youth (the Contracting Authority) intends to establish Term Maintenance Contract(s) for suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors to deliver upgrade, repair and construction works across multiple disciplines to a number of Primary, Post Primary and Special Schools and include targeted and SEN works. The Term Maintenance contracts will be separated into 4 Frameworks (separate individual CFT's). Further information will be provided in the Framework Agreement at Stage 2 of the competition.
