Brief

Dublin City Council needs minor repair and maintenance works to occupied council-owned or managed residential properties across Dublin through 12 multi-party framework agreements: one for each of its 11 housing areas and one citywide. Each lot is valued at €4 million, giving a maximum total value of €48 million, and runs for 1 year with an option to extend by 1 year (1+1). The works will be directed by the Council’s Housing Maintenance Section and procured through an open procedure: suppliers are assessed first against suitability criteria, then successful tenderers against the award criteria; up to 14 suppliers may be admitted to each lot. The procurement is subject to funding.
