    Maynooth University has entered into a framework agreement with Meritec Presentation Products for the provision of on-site audio-visual support services in Dublin, with a maximum total contract value of 200,000 EUR over 4 years. The services require a minimum of two technicians (one senior and one junior) to cover all teaching rooms across the North and South campus. Five bids were received for this contract.

    About the bid

      Maynooth University is looking for the provision of on-site support for Audio Visual Equipment. . The contractor will be required to have a minimum of two (2) technicians, one senior and one junior, available to Maynooth University as needed. While it is expected that on-site dedicated support personnel will be required both during and outside term time, there may be periods where only one technician is required. During busier periods there may be a need for extra technicians. The service will cover all teaching rooms spread across the whole campus (North and South)
