Palvelut tuotetaan Helsingin kaupungin käyttöön, ja ne kattavat arkkitehtuurin, rakennetun ympäristön ja maisemien kuvauksen, viestintä- ja markkinointikuvat tapahtumakuvauksineen sekä laajemmat kuvausprojektit. Kuvien tulee soveltua kaupungin sisäiseen ja ulkoiseen viestintään ja markkinointiin, ja kuvauksissa on noudatettava kaupungin visuaalista ilmettä, valokuvaohjeistoa sekä kuvauslupasopimuksia. Tarjoukset arvioidaan laadun perusteella (60 pistettä) ja hinnan perusteella (40 pistettä).
