Brief
Sund & Bælt Holding A/S har brug for konsulentydelser til uafhængig ekspertrådgivning og gennemgang i forbindelse med planlægning og design af stormflodsbarrierer i København og omkringliggende kommuner, herunder ved Kalveboderne og Kronløbet. Rammeaftalen løber over 4 år med en maksimal totalværdi på 800.000 DKK. Tildelingskriterierne er pris (25%) og CV'er og organisation (75%).

Sund & Bælt is responsible for the planning of storm surge protection for Copenhagen and surrounding municipalities, including new storm surge barriers at Kalveboderne and Kronløbet. An external consultant is required to provide independent expert advice and review during key stages of the storm surge protection program – especially regarding the planning and design of storm surge barriers. The consultant will review selected deliverables and support Sund & Bælt in ensuring robust technical decisions and addressing key risks. The assignment will be carried out on an on-call basis and may include participation in workshops and meetings.Main features of the procedureThe contract has been put out to competition pursuant to Part IV of the Danish Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015). The Framework Agreement has accordingly been advertised on udbud.dk. The tender material constitutes the basis of the tenderer's preparation of tender. The Framework Agreement is tendered as a public tender procedure in which all qualified parties may submit tenders. A/S Øresund reserves the right to negotiate with the tenderer assessed to have submitted the most economically advantageous tender. The tenderer in question will in that case be notified accordingly. A/S Øresund reserves the right to accept the first tender without conducting a negotiation. A/S Øresund thereafter intends to enter into an agreement with the tenderer that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender.
