Stockholm Vatten AB har inngått en avtale med Vattenresurs Sverige AB og Thomas Aabling Vandmiljø ApS om å levere tjenester for fosforutfelling i vann innenfor Stockholms kommunes grenser, med en maksimal total verdi på 40 millioner svenske kroner. Som et direkte resultat av denne anskaffelsen skal vinneren utføre prosjektet med å redusere intern fosforlekkasje til Riddarfjärden. To leverandører deltok i konkurransen.

From the notice
SVOA goal with this procurement is to sign a framework agreement with up to three contractors regarding phosphorus precipitation in waters within the boundaries of the municipal of Stockholm. As a direct result the winner of this procurement will carry out the project to reduce internal phosphorus leakage to Riddarfjärden. The framework contract will be signed as soon as possible after the procurement is completed.
