    De Europese Commissie, Gemeenschappelijk Centrum voor Onderzoek (JRC) in België, heeft behoefte aan diensten ter ondersteuning van de evaluatie, implementatie en verdere ontwikkeling van beleid inzake luchtkwaliteit, luchtemissies en geluidsoverlast vanuit een nulvervuilingsperspectief. The goal is to have a Framework contract that is able to provide relevant, timely and high-quality inputs for DG Environment and for other Commission Services under specific contracts throughout the duration of the Framework contract (up to 4 years).
