Description (English): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the Danish Embassy in Berlin (the contracting authority) is looking for a supplier to provide comprehensive, regular maintenance of the Ambassador Residence's outdoor areas in Berlin. The subject of the Contract is the residence's outdoor areas, hereof mainly the garden. The tasks range from gardening and technical maintenance of the outside grounds and facilities to minor construction work and pest control, all including procurement, delivering and installation. The Garden was laid out in 1919 and is under monument protection. It covers approximately 3.000 square metres and consists of lawns, flower beds, fruit trees, gravel paths, and a fountain.

Documentation Requirement
Leverandøren må fylle ut en liste med minimum én (1) og maksimum tre (3) kontrakter (dvs. fra alle involverte økonomiske aktører i en gruppe av økonomiske aktører og/eller andre støttende enheter). Hvis en leverandør har oppført mer enn tre (3) kontrakter, vil oppdragsgiver kun lese og vurdere de tre nyeste kontraktene som er oppført (først basert på sluttdato, deretter basert på startdato). Hver oppførte kontrakt skal inneholde følgende informasjon: (1) en beskrivelse av kontrakten (art og mengde tjenester fra leverandøren og hvordan de sammenlignes med beskrivelsen av denne anskaffelsen), (2) beløp (godtgjørelse mottatt av den økonomiske aktøren for utførelsen av tjenestene), (3) startdato (dato for inngåelse av kontrakten), (4) sluttdato (dato for fullføring av tjenestene), og (5) mottaker (navn og kontaktinformasjon). Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg retten til å kontakte mottakerne av tjenestene eller kreve uttalelser fra mottakerne, som bekrefter at leverandøren har utført de oppførte kontraktene, som dokumentasjon i forbindelse med den tekniske og faglige evnen.
