    Helsingin yliopisto tarvitsee yhden erittäin tarkan ja nopean kaasuanalysaattorin pyörrekovarianssivuomittauksiin karbonyylisulfidille (COS), hiilidioksidille (CO2), hiilimonoksidille (CO) ja vesihöyrylle (H2O) 12 kuukauden ajaksi. Analysaattorin on kyettävä mittaamaan ilmakehän pitoisuuksia samanaikaisesti, ja sitä käytetään ilmakehän ja ekosysteemin välisen vuorovaikutuksen mittauksiin metsä-, kosteikko- ja rannikkoalueilla. Hankinnassa ainoa tärkeyskriteeri on hinta.

    From the notice

    • One high precision and fast response gas analyser for eddy covariance flux measurements of carbonyl sulphide (COS), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and water vapour (H2O) will be acquired to INAR, University of Helsinki. The analyser must be capable of measuring atmospheric concentrations of COS, CO2, CO and H2O simultaneously. It will be deployed in eddy covariance measurements of atmosphere-ecosystem exchange at forest, wetland and coastal sites.

      Le CNRS DELEGATION PARIS-CENTRE a besoin d'un système d'analyse (analyseur et pompe) haute résolution de gaz isotopiques : 13C (CO2, CH4) pour une durée de 4 mois, avec une valeur maximale de 160 000 EUR. Cet équipement est destiné au Centre de recherche en écologie expérimentale et prédictive - Ecotron Ile-de-France (CEREEP) situé en Seine-et-Marne, afin de répondre aux besoins de la communauté scientifique en écologie expérimentale face aux enjeux du changement global. La prestation comprend l'acquisition, la livraison, l'installation, la mise en service, la formation des utilisateurs et la garantie. Les critères d'attribution sont la valeur technique (55%), le prix (30%), l'engagement relatif au développement durable (10%) et les délais de livraison et d'installation (5%).
