Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de opdracht worden overeen gekomen, die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van individuele opdrachten, betreffende het leveren van signalisatie die worden uitgevoerd voor Farys, De Watergroep, de aandeelhouders/partners van Creat en de deelnemers van Creat Services. Op vraag van deze afnemers kunnen de opdrachten ook bestaan uit de levering en plaatsing van signalisatie.
