      Die Vereinigte Stadtwerke Netz GmbH benötigt Bauleistungen für die Neuverlegung einer Gashochdruckleitung im Herzogtum Lauenburg, Deutschland, ab Frühjahr 2027. Die Leitung der Dimension DN 100 mit einem Betriebsdruck von maximal 16 bar soll auf einer Länge von rund 6 km hauptsächlich im HDD-Bohrverfahren verlegt werden, um aufbereitetes Biogas von einer Biogasanlage in Neu Sterley zu einem Einbindepunkt in Lehmrade zu transportieren. Das Rohrmaterial (PE-HD/HexelOne) wird vom Auftraggeber gestellt. Die Vergabe erfolgt nach den Kriterien Gesamtkosten (80%), Ausführungskonzept (15%) und Nachhaltigkeit und Umwelt (5%). Qualifikationsanforderungen umfassen mindestens eine Projektreferenz mit Erfahrungen im HDD-Bohrverfahren für lange Bohrstrecken (bis 200m) in vergleichbaren Dimensionen (bis DN 100/DN 110), den Nachweis der Zulassung für Arbeiten an Rohrleitungen gemäß DVGW GW 301 Gruppe G1, eine Planungs- und Bauhaftpflichtversicherung mit Deckungssummen von 1,0 Mio. Euro für Personen- und Sachschäden und 3,0 Mio. Euro für sonstige Schäden, sowie eine Beschreibung der technischen Ausrüstung und Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung.
