    Brief

    University of Oulu has entered into an agreement with Labo Line Oy for the delivery of three glove boxes for Lithium- and Sodium-ion battery related research and material processing, to be delivered in Pohjois-Pohjanmaa, Finland, over a period of 4 months, with a total value of 114,815 €. Two glove boxes will be placed in a dry room environment (dew point below -40°C) and the third in a normal laboratory room. The procurement was co-funded by the Just Transition Fund - Akkuteknologian kehitysympäristö oikeudenmukaisen siirtymän mahdollistajana (BATTCHEM) investointiosio (J10999).

    • University of Oulu request a tender of three glove boxes for especially in Lithium- and Sodium-ion battery related research and material processing. Two of the glove boxes will be placed in a dry room environment (dew point below -40°C). The third one will be in a normal laboratory room. This procurement has been co-funded by Just Transition Fund - Akkuteknologian kehitysympäristö oikeudenmukaisen siirtymän mahdollistajana (BATTCHEM) investointiosio (J10999). Please note that the total amount of three glove boxes can not exceed 120 000 euros (0% VAT), including all mandatory features. Contracting authority can not accept tenders that exceed this amount. Optional features does not include to this total.price.

      Oxygen transmission rate (OTR) analyzer

      Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy needs an oxygen transmission rate (OTR) analyzer for their FiberLaboratory in Savonlinna, Finland, with a maximum total value of 80,000 EUR. The analyzer should be suitable for testing OTR performance of diverse films and sheets, primarily bio- and fiber-based multilayer and coated structures, and must effectively eliminate edge diffusion. Key technical requirements include a coulometric sensor type, compliance with ASTM D3985, an OTR testing range of minimum 0.05–200 cm³·m-²·24h-¹ (unmasked) with a resolution of minimum 0.0001 cm³·m-²·24h-¹, and an integrated sealing mechanism to prevent edge diffusion. The procurement also includes installation, commissioning, and training, with options for masks/masking tools and a service agreement. The instrument must support future upgrades for OTR testing of finished packages. The award criterion is price.

      Tuomi Logistiikka Oy tarvitsee tehdaspuhtaita suojakäsineitä Sisä-Suomen yhteistyöalueen hyvinvointialueille (Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Kanta-Häme ja Pirkanmaa) sekä Sydänsairaala Oy:lle, Tekonivelsairaala Coxa Oy:lle ja Fimlab Oy:lle. Hankinta on jaettu kahdeksaan osa-alueeseen, jotka kattavat erilaisia nitriilikäsineitä ja käsinehyllyjä hoito-, laboratorio-, hammashoito-, sairaala-apteekki-, siivous- ja elintarvikkeiden käsittelytehtäviin. Sopimuskausi on yksi vuosi, jonka jälkeen sopimusta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, ja se kilpailutetaan uudelleen arviolta neljän-viiden vuoden kuluttua. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo neljälle vuodelle on noin 12 miljoonaa euroa. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (85-100 %) ja laadun (0-15 %) perusteella. Tarjoajia, joiden alkuperä on Kiinan kansantasavalta, ei hyväksytä, ja kolmansista maista peräisin olevien tavaroiden tai palvelujen osuus ei saa ylittää 50 prosenttia sopimuksen kokonaisarvosta. Mediq Suomi Oy ja Abena Finland OY ovat saaneet vastaavia sopimuksia aiemmin.
