De European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) heeft een contract gewijzigd met Netcompany – Intrasoft S.A., NTT Data Belgique SRL, IQVIA Solutions Belgium B.V. en Ernst & Young Consulting BV SRL voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, leveren en onderhouden van HERA's Advanced Technology for Health INtelligence and Action IT-systeem (ATHINA). Het contract heeft een totale waarde van 17.396.782 euro en omvat de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van de ATHINA-backbone, een enquêtemodule en een module voor casemanagement voor volksgezondheid en medische tegenmaatregelen, functionele analyse van andere ATHINA-modules (informatiesystemen koppelen, dreigingsanalyse, simulatie en analyse, en noodhulp), en analyse als beheerde diensten.

The tender aims to design, develop, deliver and maintain HERA’s Advanced Technology for Health INtelligence and Action IT system (ATHINA). Divided in three lots, it concerns: 1. development and maintenance of ATHINA state-of-the-art backbone, survey module, and public health (PH) and medical countermeasures (MCM) case management module; 2. functional analysis of the other ATHINA modules on information systems linking, threat assessment, simulation and analytics, and emergency response; 3. analytics as managed services.
