Kommerskollegium trenger juridiske tjenester for harmonisering av Moldovas nasjonale tjenestelovgivning med EU-tjenestedirektivet (2006/123/EC) som en del av Moldovas integrasjon med EUs indre marked. Dette er en rammeavtale med en maksimal totalverdi på 5 millioner svenske kroner. Anskaffelsen krever juridiske eksperter som kan bistå i implementeringen av direktivet i samarbeid med Moldovas økonomi- og digitaliseringsdepartement. From the notice
NBT is mandated by the Swedish government to support the Republic of Moldova´s integration with the EU Single Market. NBT has initiated a cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, to support them in implementing the EU Services Directive (2006/123/EC). A part of the implementation process is to harmonize the national services legislation to the Services Directive and the EU acquis. We need legal experts who can carry out this work
