Harmonising the implementation of EU legal requirements in the fields of Food, Feed, Animal By-products and Food Processing Technologies through the 'Better Training for Safer Food' Initiative

Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) heeft behoefte aan diensten voor de organisatie en implementatie van BTSF-trainingsactiviteiten op het gebied van voedselwetgeving, diervoederwetgeving, dierlijke bijproducten en voedselverwerkingstechnologieën. Dit omvat face-to-face workshops voor medewerkers van bevoegde autoriteiten in EU-lidstaten en kandidaat-landen, en ondersteuning van materiedeskundigen voor de ontwikkeling van BTSF e-learningcursussen. De maximale totale contractwaarde bedraagt 5.050.000 EUR over een periode van 60 maanden. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (80%) en prijs (20%).

EURES Training Programme

Európsky orgán práce (ELA) potrebuje služby pre spoločný školiaci program EURES na obdobie 4 rokov s maximálnou celkovou hodnotou 9,8 milióna EUR. Cieľom programu je podporiť politické ciele EÚ v súlade s nariadením EURES (EÚ2016/589), vybaviť zamestnancov EURES základnými zručnosťami na poskytovanie vysokokvalitných služieb uchádzačom o zamestnanie a zamestnávateľom v celej Európe, podporovať neustály profesionálny rozvoj v rámci siete EURES, posilniť integráciu siete prostredníctvom vzájomného učenia a spolupráce medzi členmi a partnermi EURES a zvýšiť kvalitu služieb. Program by mal prebiehať každoročne a mal by riešiť potreby rozvoja základných kompetencií zamestnancov, ich vybavenie na pôsobenie na čoraz viac digitalizovanom trhu práce, podporu celoživotného vzdelávania, zvýšenie komunikácie a využívania služby EURES (najmä medzi zamestnávateľmi) a podporu konzistentnosti postupov a spoločného chápania úlohy EURES. Ponuky budú hodnotené na základe kvality (70 %) a ceny (30 %).

Framework contract for the organisation of study visits and market access analysis in the Sanitary and Phytosanitary field (SPS)

The European Commission, DG TRADE - Trade, needs services for a framework contract over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 1,000,000 EUR. The services involve organizing study visits for officials from third countries to the EU and conducting market access analysis in the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) field. The objective is to improve market access for the EU agro-food sector in selected key trading partners by fostering mutual understanding of SPS measures. SPR/260834 - Provision of genomic epidemiology and public health bioinformatics training

The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control needs services for a framework contract over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 7.1 million EUR, to strengthen capacity in genomic epidemiology and public health bioinformatics through interdisciplinary training. The training aims to support countries in building capacity, increase interdisciplinary collaboration, enhance data sharing, and foster cross-border collaborations. The target groups are public health professionals with and without a background in computational biology and bioinformatics, with specific aims to enhance skills, improve understanding of epidemiological and public health microbiology needs, and familiarize participants with genomic epidemiology applications, bioinformatic tools, and data management. European Health Data Space IT systems development, operations and support

The European Commission, DG EMPL - Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, needs services for the development, operations, and support of European Health Data Space IT systems, including the HealthData@EU Central Platform and Infrastructure, Health Data IT Portal, European Database of registered European Health Record systems and wellness applications, and the European Digital Testing Environment. The contract has a maximum total value of 7,000,000 EUR over 4 years. The work involves maintaining and evolving business requirements, architecture models, and technical specifications, systems development and operations, cybersecurity, designing and providing systems support, ensuring proper handover, and sound project management. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (70%) and price (30%).
