Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) plant de aanbesteding van diensten voor de organisatie en implementatie van BTSF-trainingsactiviteiten op het gebied van voedselwetgeving, diervoederwetgeving, dierlijke bijproducten en voedselverwerkingstechnologieën. Dit omvat face-to-face workshops voor medewerkers van bevoegde autoriteiten in EU-lidstaten en kandidaat-landen, evenals ondersteuning van materiedeskundigen voor de ontwikkeling van BTSF e-learningcursussen. De maximale totale contractwaarde bedraagt 5.050.000 EUR voor een periode van 60 maanden.
