Description

The candidate shall present a description of a reference of a large compression heat pump plant with a heat capacity ≥ 10 MW which has been supplied by the candidate during the last five (5) years including plants in commissioning phase. The reference contract must fulfill the following requirements: Heat capacity ≥ 10 MW, Heat sink delivery temperature ≥ 84 °C, Heat source discharge temperature ≤ 5 °C.

As a minimum requirement, the economic operator is required to prove that he has performed one (1) delivery in Europe with similar scope to the one to be carried out as a consequence of this procurement procedure, including plants in commissioning phase.

The economic operator has been issued with at least medium tier credit rating or equivalent rating stating that the financial situation is good and he has good capacity to meet its financial commitments; or a statement from a credit institution or a bank stating that the economic operator has been issued or will be issued a performance guarantee worth of EUR 100,000.00 where the institution of bank undertakes irrevocable responsibility of the commitments of the economic operator, waiving all rights of objection, if the the economic operator is in breach of its contractual obligations; or a Parent company guarantee or equivalent document demonstrating that the parent company that fulfils the above mentioned economic and financial requirements (1 or 2) takes irrevocable responsibility for the commitments of the economic operator; or financial statement analysis of the last three (3) fiscal periods demonstrating, that the candidate has sufficient economical and financial conditions to accomplish the procurement.
